Lifetime Limited Warranty
StereoStone warrants to the original purchaser only, the loudspeaker rock enclosure and all component loudspeaker parts to be free of any manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Any defective products must be shipped prepaid to StereoStone Inc. Any defective parts in the products returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts, provided that in the opinion of StereoStone, the product has not been abused or misused, and original proof of purchase is included.
The Sunfire MKII has a factory 2 year warranty on the True Sub Woofer. StereoStone includes a ``Lifetime Warranty" on the rock enclosure and all component loudspeaker parts to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product.
Labor Warranty
Standard 100 watt models will be covered for any labor costs for 3 years from date of purchase.
Commercial 250 watt models will be covered for any labor costs for 5 years from date of purchase.
